“Join the Party with a Purpose! Love Music Hate Racism is proud to present this ELECTRIC event to coincide with UN anti-racism day. Showcasing a wide ranging array of some of Glasgow’s finest musicians and DJS, to bring communities together to celebrate Glasgow’s diversity, welcome refugees and stamp out racism.

At a time when Trump and Musk are whipping up division in the US, Nigel Farage and his far right Reform UK party are also making worrying electoral advances here in Glasgow. We need a strong, vibrant thread of anti-racism in every community. The power of music is a tool to help do just that.

Join us for the biggest Love Music Hate Racism event in Glasgow so far, at the fantastic Room 2!

Live acts (until midnight):

AMBER LEITH:
An incredible guitarist that melds the classical style with trip-hop, jungle and electronica, creating a unique, ethereal, emotional and electric sound.

THE BOJANGLES:
A diverse collective with musical influences from across the globe. Portuguese lyrics, Latin melodies, funky riffs and brass solos collide to form this hip-hop, jazz influenced phenomenon.

DOPESICKFLY:
An infectious blend of funk & soul, rock and world music, complete with razor sharp lyrics. Their brazen sounds and gregarious diversity has seen them evolve into an extraordinary fusion of sounds and cultures.

PILGRIMS SOCIETY:

ELANDA:
A unique blend of DJing, live performance, and somatic movement practices into one Afro inspired electronica, bass, jazz, dubstep cocktail.

LOWREE:
Bringing UKG wobblers and swung house to the LMHR dance floor. A pumping blend of post punk, disco, jungle and beyond.
